This policy explains what Loopmio ("the app", "we") does with your information. It covers the Loopmio mobile app and this website at loopmio.origin.ba. It sits alongside the terms of use.
The short version
- Loopmio does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- Your puzzle progress, coins, unlocked color palettes and arcade records are stored on your device.
- The game plays offline. There is no online leaderboard and no player-to-player feature.
- The app includes no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting software, and has no in-app purchases.
- This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party resources. Fonts are served from this domain.
Information the app stores on your device
The following is written to local storage on your phone and stays there:

None of this is sent to us. Deleting the app removes it from your device.
Information we collect
We collect nothing. Loopmio contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting software of any kind, so nothing about how you play, what device you use, or who you are is gathered by us or by any third party through the app.
Data security
Because the app does not transmit your progress or any other information anywhere, there is nothing of yours in transit to secure. Everything the app stores lives in your device's own local, sandboxed storage, protected by the security of your device and its operating system in the same way as any other app's local data.
Cookies and tracking
The app has nothing resembling a cookie: there is no account, no session and no cross-app tracking identifier. This website sets no cookies either, and loads no third-party trackers, advertising pixels or analytics scripts of any kind.
Third parties
We do not share, sell or rent any information to third parties, because we do not collect any to share. The app does not integrate with any third-party advertising, analytics or social network.
Children
Loopmio is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the app collects no personal information from any user.
This website
loopmio.origin.ba is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and requests nothing from third-party servers: the fonts, images and stylesheet are all served from this domain. Your browser's request reaches our hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, timestamp and requested URL) for a limited time for security and operational purposes, such as detecting abuse. We do not use these logs for tracking or analytics.
Purchases
Loopmio has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Coins are earned only by playing and cannot be bought with real money.
Your rights
Because the app does not collect personal data tied to you, there is normally nothing for us to look up, correct or export. If you believe we hold information about you, write to hello@origin.ba and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or your local equivalent.
To delete everything the app has stored, uninstall Loopmio from your device.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app or this site handles data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
